I'm Charlotte Knowles
I built my company, Tough Crowd, into a creative studio that develops, produces and distributes award-winning, commercially successful films independently. Our business systems enable us to make the work we really care about without having to wait for traditional gatekeepers. I established Creative HQ to help other independent producers to do the same.

I'm Sasha Damjanovski
I have over 30 years of experience writing, directing and producing film, TV, theatre and short-form commercial projects.
As an educator and coach, I work as an Associate Lecturer at Central Saint Martins (UAL), and collaborates regularly with the NFTS and several other UK universities. At Creative HQ, I coach producers to reach their most ambitious goals.
