YOUR YEAR WITH CREATIVE HQ
DAY 1
On day 1, you will define what success means to you and set a course towards it. Immediately start filling your business knowledge gaps with our online 'Profitable Studio Builder' masterclass series.
WEEK 1
Within a week your professional network will be growing as you engage with our community of international producers. We meet weekly for Producer Clinics - 6pm GMT on Monday and 1pm GMT on Friday.
MONTH 1
Within a month: you will have built time-saving strategies at our monthly live workshops and will be preparing for your first Meet The Investors Event.
YEAR 1
By the end of the year: you will have a clear roadmap to growing your creative studio as well as the confidence, professional community and financier network to make it happen.

I'm Charlotte,
I built my company, Tough Crowd, into a creative studio that develops, produces and distributes award-winning, commercially successful films independently. Our business systems enable us to make the work we really care about without having to wait for traditional gatekeepers. I established Creative HQ to help other independent producers to do the same.

I'm Sasha,
I have over 30 years of experience writing, directing and producing film, TV, theatre and short-form commercial projects.
As an educator and coach, I work as an Associate Lecturer at Central Saint Martins (UAL), and collaborates regularly with the NFTS and several other UK universities. At Creative HQ, I coach producers to help them reach their most ambitious goals.
